Hydration, Day 2

I’m starting this whole experiment thing about a week late, but it will carry over at least until baby comes, so I think that will end up being about a month (fingers crossed). Anyway, my plan is to drink at least 80 oz. per day, which means roughly two of these things:

I really struggle with drinking large amounts of plain water, so this has about 2 oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice in it. I’ve also found that if I mix in some electrolyte powder (low/no sugar) it goes down a lot more easily.
